This website measures basic, anonymous usage so Lesa Gaydos can see which listings and pages are helpful. All of it is collected and stored by this site itself — there is no Google Analytics and no third-party advertising or tracking, and nothing is shared with outside companies.

What's collected

• Pages viewed and how you arrived (e.g. a search engine or social link)
• Approximate time spent on a page
• General device type, browser, language and time zone
• Country and IP address (used only to understand where visitors are)

This information is stored in an encrypted database and is used only to improve the website and respond to inquiries you send us.

Your choices

• Decline: choose “Decline” on the notice at the bottom of the page and no analytics are collected from your visit.
• Do Not Track: if your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we honor it automatically and collect nothing.
• Forms you submit (contact / remodel requests) are sent only to Lesa Gaydos so she can follow up.
